At the heart of coaching is a partnership grounded in open, honest & meaningful dialogue - focused on setting goals, developing plans for reaching them & managing personal change.
We offer leadership and executive coaching packages for 4, 6 & 12+ months, meeting 2-3 times per month for 45-60 minutes. We’ll first meet for a free discovery call to discuss your goals & determine which coaching package is best for you.

The team coaching process supports teams in defining, aligning, and working toward collective vision & shared goals. It helps teams break down barriers, enhance communication, unleash creativity, and build collaborative problem solving skills. Team coaching results in increased psychological safety, inclusion, and connection as well as an elevation in team morale - positioning the team to have greater impact on the organization.

Group coaching differs from team coaching in that the focus is on the goals of each individual, as opposed to working in service of a team goal, and group coaching participants don’t necessarily have to work together. Group coaching clients benefit not just from the coaching process, but also from peer learning & the collective wisdom of the group.
Group coaching engagements are customized to advance professional & personal development in a small-group setting. They can be scheduled within an organization or for like-minded participants.
