Our Values
-
Integrity
We are ethically unyielding & honest, matching our behaviors to our words & taking responsibility for our actions. We do what’s right, especially when it’s difficult & even when no one else is paying attention.
-
Possibility
We operate from the deep belief that anything is possible. We approach every collaboration, project, conversation, and relationship with intense curiosity - exploring opportunities, considering diverse perspectives, taking risks, challenging limiting assumptions, and seeking creative solutions in pursuit of our goals.
-
Tenacity
We embody a fierce blend of passion, determination, persistence, and grit. We flow rather than push through challenges, look beyond obstacles and treat them as opportunities to improve, and we learn and grow from setbacks and failure.
-
Equity
We are committed to reflecting on and interrogating our own privilege, power, and identity; to speaking up and taking action to change practices, policies, and structures that perpetuate inequities at individual, organizational, and systemic levels; and to seeking out, elevating, and centering historically marginalized voices.
-
Humility
We recognize and accept our strengths and limitations. We’re open to new ideas and perspectives, we make space for the voices of others, and we embrace opportunities to continuously learn, grow, and improve.
